The Martial Fusion taps into the urban spirit, the same kind of force that the Chinese refer to as cultural chi. In doing so, it affords each student the ability to use all their god given gifts in order to achieve their goals.

The hip hop elements keep students engaged and taps into their heart while the martial spirit refines their character and provides them with the tools they need to reach their goals
Classes
REALITY BASED FIGHTING
This class is held on a monthly, as available, basis. The goal behind this class is not to teach ‘techniques’ but fighting concepts and a systematic approach to ‘real combat’. The class utilizes concepts and methodology from HaganaH/F.I.G.H.T system from Mike Lee Kanarek as well as concepts and techniques from other fighting arts and systems.

The class covers the most basic attacks experienced in a street/combative situation as well as weapon defense and weapon fighting. Furthermore, reaction drills and stress drills are utilized to ‘cement’ concepts and techniques. This class is largely recommended for adults (18+years of age) as violent concepts are discussed and full contact is not prohibited.
DEFENSIVE/TACTICAL SHOOTING
This class is held in conjunction with the Reality Based Fighting class and is geared toward civilian use of firearms.

This class covers basic shooting and drawing techniques, including drawing from concealment. Students will also receive instruction in target acquisition and defensive concepts for firearm use. Tactical skills such as room clearing, shooting behind objects, and tactical movement are also covered. Reaction drills, muscle memory drills, and stress drills are also utilized to ensure students remain tactically and fundamentally sound in a variety of situations. Furthermore, legality issues are frequently discussed and law enforcement agents and legal counsel are often sought for additional legality issues.

While this class is largely based for civilian instruction, law enforcement agents are welcome for additional training to continuously ‘hone’ their skills. We at KBK thank those law enforcement agents that have joined us in the past and thank you for your public service!
The class utilizes high-powered Airsoft weapons (pistols mainly) to simulate actual firearm technique. Protective equipment is required (eye protection and facemask) and students are encouraged to seek Airsoft firearms that most closely resemble that which they own/carry. At this time, some Airsoft pistols are available for use (Glock-type models); however, students are HIGHLY encouraged to purchase their own.
